Age Limit
Rhythm & Spirit is a family-friendly weekend, so there are no age restrictions for attending the weekend. However, the yoga and drumming sessions are geared toward adults, so please read on if you plan to bring family members under 18. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants must be 14 or older to attend the yoga sessions. The drumming instruction is also geared toward adults, but we have had a number of children successfully attend the sessions and joyfully create music with the grown-ups. In these cases, we ask parents to be mindful if it isn’t working for the child to participate and to have an alternate plan (e.g., have another adult available to care for the child, take the child to the playground for a break, etc.) Children may accompany adults to camp, and parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times. Please contact us about arrangements and fees if you plan to bring children.
