Explore a weekend of drumming, yoga, and camping with Shaun Laframboise and Allison Gemmel Laframbiose from KDZ: The Kripalu Drummers.
During the weekend you will:

•Learn basic hand drumming techniques and specific African rhythms, then jam around the campfire at night
•Open your body and soul with Rhythmic Yoga Classes, led by Allison, professional-level yoga teacher at Kripalu Center
•Enjoy free time to immerse in nature, relaxing at the beautiful Pinewood Lodge Campground, located on a 50-acre freshwater lake, with modern facilities. Canoe and kayak rentals included in registration fee!
